That’s great news, best of luck to you!
Do you mind if I ask you a quick question about proglumide? I looked on the website and online for any anectodal stories or evidence, but I couldn’t find any.
I am interested in, and am dedicating myself to, tapering off pain medication. If I take 200 mg proglumide a day for a week, and am able to cut my dose in half (for example, just throwing a figure out there), when I choose to stop taking proglumide at the end of the week, does my tolerance IMMEDIATELY return to where it was before I started taking proglumide? Or have I reset my tolerance? Of course I understand that once I go off the proglumide then my tolerance will creep back in again, but I wanted to check in with you on how my body will react when I stop the proglumide as part of my planned cycling.
I hope this isn’t too personal a question. I think proglumide is going to be very useful for me, and I’d be willing to let you know how my progress is going if you are interested. I have been experimenting with ultra low dose naltrexone and it seems to be lowering my tolerance as well.
I’ve been looking all over for an answer to this question, but there just isn’t a lot of information out there, even on the web.
