After positive feedback from some of our customers as well as some reorders. I thought I’d post some suggestions regarding some supplements that other experienced has helped them deal with tolerance reduction and withdrawal. I will update this post with research when I have the time:

So here is a list of stuff that have apparently helped others:

  • Rhodiola ( tolerance eduction)
  • Ashwagandha (tolerance reduction) (may cause drowsiness)
  • Feverfew (For nausea only, and can’t be dosed chronically)
  • Valerian root and Melatonin (for insomnia)
  • Kratom (well known, an opiate but much less harsher than medications- please check out our friends at Kratom Eye, they do many excellent blends)
