Flumazenil is the only benzodiazepine-GABA antagonist on the market right now, it is used to treat benzodiazepine overdose.

Khemcorp believes that Flumazenil has potential of reversing tolerance for benzodiazepines, by the very similar action as ultra low dose Naltrexone can reverse tolerance for Opiates.

Flumzaenil is only available in injection form, and oral has low bioavailability, but there have been reports and research of sublingual preparations which have been noted to be effective for people with daytime sleepiness disorder.

It is the only chemical that may be able to affect benzodiazepine tolerance, with plenty of research that points in the direction that it may be able to do so, but to what degree is currently unknown.
